This piece, entitled whyiesucks., demonstrates why IE sucks, and Firefox, Opera and Safari (though I didn't test the last two extensively) rock. Every other browser rocks because they're fly. IE ain't because it's not.

You should be getting around 50fps with motion blur, at least in FF3. If not, you're either running a Cold War-era computer, or you've got other things running (other tabs, Javascript, Flash, etc). I could chisel down the interval and pump up the FPS, but I wouldn't do a cruel thing like that to your poor, defenseless CPU; that would just be cruel! Press 'm' to toggle motion blur strength.
